Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once USPS takes possession of your package, Lynova is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed delivery

For any delivery issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery:
