To prevent this, always use clean and dry hands when scooping out the butter. Additionally, it is advisable to store the product in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Exposing the whipped butter to direct sunlight can cause it to melt, with the melting point being approximately 77 degrees in direct heat and 80 degrees in indirect heat. Taking these precautions will help ensure the longevity and quality of your whipped butter
